By using Daily Fantasy Roulette (“DFR”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and, where a prize is offered, the Official Rules.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 [confirm 18 vs 21]and a U.S. resident outside any excluded state to enter for prizes.
• One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Chips have no monetary value

In-app chips are a virtual, in-game currency. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be redeemed for money except as an expressly described prize under the Official Rules. Nothing in the app is a wager.

Prizes & sweepstakes

Any cash or other prizes are offered as a sweepstakes governed by the Official Rules: no purchase or payment is necessary, and a free method of entry is available. Cash prizes are currently disabled pending legal review and any required registrations.

Acceptable use

• No fraud, bots, scripting, multiple accounts, or manipulation of pools or scoring.
• No use where prohibited by law.

Disclaimers & liability
